Joining the program

Participation is available to approved adults and businesses based in the United States. An application is not approval. Participation begins only after Citrine Edge confirms acceptance in writing, receives your acceptance of these terms, and completes payout and tax onboarding. There is no application or membership fee. You act as an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, broker, or representative authorized to bind Citrine Edge or Coinbase.

An invitation to the private affiliate portal is a request to complete onboarding, not final approval. The portal records terms acceptance, payout-contact confirmation and submitted documentation for owner review. Confirming an email or uploading a document does not itself verify a payee or activate a referral link. Keep private sign-in links secure and contact support promptly about an unauthorized account or payout-detail change.

Eligible referrals

Use the unmodified link issued to you. An eligible referral begins with that link, proceeds to a new installation of Citrine from Google Play on the same device, and results in an eligible initial paid Citrine Complete subscription order within 60 days of the referral. Google Play referral and purchase evidence must be available for verification. Attribution cannot be reassigned after acceptance. Where more than one link was used, only the valid referral returned by Google Play and accepted by the service can receive credit; this is not a promise of universal first-click or last-click attribution.

Only verified payments denominated in USD qualify. The initial paid order establishes attribution. For a monthly plan, the first two ordinary monthly renewals of that same subscription can also qualify; they do not need another installation or referral. Renewals after those two, annual renewals, trials or other zero-price orders, test purchases, upgrades, replacement subscription orders, existing subscription restores, self-referrals, and fraudulent or manipulated referrals are excluded. Existing app installations, initial purchases on another device, missing install-referrer data, and purchases that cannot be linked to the initial order may not be attributed. The app must be able to submit the initial referral and purchase evidence; uninstalling it before submission can prevent verification.

Eligibility is assessed per verifiable subscription purchase lineage, not by tracking a person's identity across devices or accounts. An unfamiliar purchase token alone does not prove eligibility. Uncertain histories remain under review rather than being automatically paid. Contact us with a referral concern within 90 days of the relevant payment; never send a customer's credentials or financial account information.

Commission

The commission rate is 30% of the developer revenue in buyer currency reported by Google for each eligible payment. Monthly plans can earn commission on the initial payment and the first two ordinary monthly renewals, for a maximum of three payments. Annual plans earn commission on the initial payment only. Renewals must belong to the original accepted purchase lineage and remain ordinary monthly base-plan payments; a new subscription, replacement, upgrade, or plan change does not restart or extend the reward.

Google's reported revenue is already adjusted for its applicable fees, taxes, and refunds. It is not the displayed retail price, a projected renewal value, or a share of deposits, trades, or investment returns. Monetary calculations use the verified USD amount and round the commission to the nearest cent for each order. An unavailable or unverified revenue amount is held for review, not estimated from the price list. No commission is earned on unpaid future renewals.

The expanded monthly reward applies to new referral links issued under this October 2, 2026 version. Referrals recorded under an earlier version retain their recorded offer and rate; this update does not retroactively reassign attribution. Once a monthly referral is accepted under this version, its two qualifying renewals remain attributed to that affiliate, including after ordinary termination. Later changes cannot reduce that recorded reward except for the verification, refund, abuse, and legal conditions in these terms.

Holds, adjustments, and payouts

The 60-day hold runs separately from the verified payment time of each eligible initial or renewal order. Future renewals are not counted as earned or available commission.

Eligible commission remains pending for at least 60 days after the verified payment. We recheck the order before approving payment. Canceling future renewal without a refund does not, by itself, remove commission on an otherwise eligible paid order. Refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and corrected revenue can reduce or reverse that order's commission, including after it has been paid. Any adjustment will be reflected in your statement and may be offset against later earnings. We will explain disputed adjustments and review supporting evidence.

Cleared balances of at least $25 are scheduled for payment by the 15th of the following month, subject to completed onboarding, order verification, payment-provider availability, and reasonable fraud or compliance review. Smaller balances carry forward without a monthly fee. Statements show net commission, amounts within the refund hold, adjustments, and payment status. Expiry of the hold does not by itself confirm that an amount is ready for payment; verification is still required. Square Bill Pay is our preferred payment route; recipient bank details are entered through the payment provider, not in Citrine or a public application. Other methods require written agreement. We do not require an affiliate to pay a release fee or buy Citrine to receive earned commission.

You are responsible for your taxes. Accurate payee and tax documentation may be required before payment, and legally required reporting or withholding may apply. Do not submit a Social Security number, tax identifier, or bank information through the website application or ordinary support email. Invited affiliates submit required tax PDFs through the authenticated portal's restricted upload. Payout-contact confirmation and submitted tax documents remain subject to owner review; recipient banking details are handled through the agreed payment provider.

Citrine Edge reviews and initiates payments manually through the agreed provider. A portal balance, reservation, pre-payment check or email notification is not a completed transfer. Payment status is updated after the operator records a successful external provider receipt. Changes to payout or tax information require renewed verification before payment; the existing review and hold conditions above still apply. Promotion requirements

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission, close to each recommendation or affiliate link. In video, include a clear disclosure in the video as well as the accompanying description. Do not bury the disclosure among hashtags, behind a profile link, or only in these terms. Follow applicable endorsement, advertising, consumer-protection, and platform rules.

Represent only features you have verified. Distinguish live, simulated, backtested, and illustrative results. Do not promise profit, imply guaranteed protection or returns, conceal material limitations, invent testimonials, use misleading earnings images, or imply that Coinbase or Google endorses Citrine. Do not provide individualized trading advice on our behalf or receive compensation tied to brokerage account opening, deposits, trading volume, or trading outcomes under this program.

No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, purchased reviews, incentivized ratings, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, referrer manipulation, impersonation, misleading domains, or bidding on Citrine's brand keywords. Paid advertising and promotions on platforms that restrict financial-service branded content require our prior written review and the platform's permission where applicable. Program acceptance is not permission to bypass a platform restriction. Respect community rules, and do not post promotions where they are prohibited.

Brand materials and content

While approved, you may use the supplied public Citrine brand materials solely to accurately promote Citrine. Do not alter app screenshots to imply actual earnings or functionality that are not present. Citrine Edge retains its names, marks, software, and materials. You retain your original content. We may request corrections or removal of inaccurate or noncompliant promotions and suspend links while a material concern is reviewed.

Changes and ending participation

Either party may end participation by email. We may suspend new referrals for suspected abuse, legal requirements, or platform restrictions, explaining the reason where lawful. A suspension does not automatically forfeit legitimate earned commission. Ordinary program or rate changes apply prospectively with at least 30 days' email notice; existing accepted referrals keep the rate recorded when they were attributed. Immediate changes may be necessary to comply with law or stop abuse.

On ordinary termination, legitimately earned commission remains subject to verification, refunds, and the hold. We will arrange a final payment of a positive cleared balance even if below $25, within 60 days after the final hold expires and onboarding is complete. There is no guaranteed level of referrals or earnings. This program concerns software subscriptions only and does not change Citrine's Terms of Use or Risk Disclosure.

Privacy and questions

The Privacy Policy explains referral verification and affiliate records. Affiliates receive commission statements, not customer names, Coinbase balances, API keys, order history, or trading information. Send questions or disputes to support@citrineedge.com so we can review them directly.
