Self-directed software

Citrine is self-directed automation software. You decide whether to use it, which credentials to import, which settings to configure, and whether to start or stop automation.

Eligibility

You may use Citrine only if you are legally permitted to do so, eligible for the relevant Coinbase products, and able to understand futures and automation risk. Coinbase controls account eligibility, derivatives access, onboarding, and product availability.

No advice or guarantees

Citrine Edge does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or guaranteed results. Citrine does not guarantee profitability, uptime, execution quality, or loss prevention.

Credential and device responsibility

You are responsible for your Coinbase account, API keys, API permissions, device security, Android permissions, connectivity, battery settings, app monitoring, and key revocation. Avoid withdrawal or transfer permissions for bot operation.

Subscriptions and access

Citrine Explore includes the app's learning, market-viewing, and simulation features without a subscription. Citrine Complete enables live BTC and ETH futures automation for eligible Coinbase accounts with a valid View + Trade API key. Real-account writes, including manual closes and automated protection, require eligible trading access. Observation does not submit real orders. Current US Complete pricing is $29.99 per month or $299.99 per year, plus applicable taxes. Purchases are processed by Google Play, not this website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play; the price, availability, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms presented by Google Play at purchase apply.

Subscriptions pay for software features, not trading deposits, investment products, managed accounts or promised returns. Product and billing description updated September 12, 2026. This clarification does not promise execution, continuous availability, loss prevention, or any investment result.

Consumer rights

For consumers in the European Economic Area (EEA), eligible Google Play service purchases can be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase for a refund under applicable law. Turning off automatic renewal does not itself request withdrawal or a refund. Use Google Play's EEA refund process.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity of the digital service. These rights are separate from renewal cancellation and do not guarantee trading results or a refund for every cancellation. Withdrawal and refund rights outside the EEA depend on the applicable law and purchase terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Citrine, attempt to reverse engineer private implementation, bypass security controls, abuse Coinbase services, violate exchange rules, or use the app where prohibited.

Coinbase independence

Citrine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Coinbase. Coinbase trademarks and services belong to Coinbase and its affiliates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citrine Edge is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, account issues, exchange outages, device failures, connectivity issues, tax consequences, or indirect damages arising from use of the website or app.
