What do I need for live trading?

An eligible Coinbase futures account with access to Citrine's supported BTC and ETH contracts, sufficient available funds, a supported API key with View + Trade permission, a Complete subscription, and a powered, connected Android device. Coinbase controls eligibility, contract availability and trading costs.

Are there separate BTC and ETH subscriptions?

No. Complete covers Citrine's supported BTC and ETH futures automation. BTC supports buy entries; ETH supports buy or sell entries.

Where do I subscribe or cancel?

Subscribe inside Citrine using Google Play. Manage renewal and cancellation through your Google Play subscriptions. The website does not accept payments or deposits. Canceling a subscription is not the same as closing an exchange position.

Can I explore without connecting Coinbase?

Yes. The Guided Demo, public market views, Paper Mode and standard historical backtesting do not require an API key. Account views, Observation and Shadow require an eligible key.
